Membrane sweep and birth!

Today, August 14th (or 22nd, I had been given both) was my due date. However, I gave birth to my beautiful baby girl 2 days early on Saturday the 12th!

For those women asking if a membrane sweep helped induce labor, I can say yes!

I went to my 10:30am doctors appointment on Friday the 11th, and asked for the sweep. Once finished, I stood up and "boom," there went my water! I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but here's hoping! I also bounced on my birthing ball for the 3 hours prior, had sex and took a hot bath, so maybe I finally figured out the pattern!
