Blood in wee

I'm freaking out slightly, yesterday I started getting the intense feeling of a UTI beginning ( I've had a few ) it was worse than any I've had it's kept me awake all night I couldn't leave my bathroom and then burning pain is that intense that when I wee my eyes water. I noticed now that I've got a yellow/green discharge and I freaked out. So I got in a bath no bubbles or anything because I feel gross and It might make me feel more comfortable and I accidentally peed a little and it's bright red blood !!! There's little clots of blood in my wee and I'm freaking out , I have an emergency doctors appointment at 10 but I'm just so scared to tell my doctor about everything that's going on because he's male and I'm so so awkward I'm scared he will want to examine down there.. please someone help or give me advice I'm so worried
