I want to throw a real birthday party! :,(

Hello glow Community. I have never had a real birthday party and I'm turning 20 this year. I know it's not a big age but....I've never thrown a successful party where people actually show up :,(. I always end up lonely and sad on my birthday. I really want to have a good one. I posted it on fb but no one is taking me seriously. I want a very nice adult party. Something for everybody 18+. I wanted alcohol, edibles, GREAT FOOD, and even better music. I even wanted to sell adult toys becauze I know there will probably be a lot of woman there, so maybe they could have a fun time with that. :,( it's sucks when no one really wants to help you make something big happen; especially when you know everyone else will enjoy it as well. I was never given. Help me Glow. 😞😞😞😞 I'm very discouraged.
