hey ladies. im 21 and ive been over weight my whole life. im currently 320 pounds and cant seem to lose it. ive tried losing weight since i was 12. from dieting to exercise. i have a thyroid thats a bit on the slow side but not enough to be perscribed a thyroid medication. does anyone have and tips to help me reach my goal weight of 210 pounds?
