Twins after a miscarriage?

I've been reading a few different threads from other apps, and a lot women seem to be more prone to twins after having a miscarriage. Just wondering how accurate this is? And if you could share your story if this happened to you.
 MOre or less, that hyper ovulation is more common after a mc, or something?

My grandma worked in the NICU and she said that women who become pregnant immediately after a miscarriage have a better chance of the baby surviving and I know you are more fertile after it too, so it could be possible to be more prone to have twins too?

My friend miscarried at 7 weeks, and about 3 months later she got pregnant with twins.

i had twins a year and a half after my miscarriage but twins runs in boths sides im a twin and my hubby's grandma was a twin

my friend had a miscarriage and in less than 12 weeks she was pregnant with twins

There's seems to be a bit of correlation from just having a quick look, but not really any scientific evidence of it. I found a post on BabyCenter with about 17pages of women saying they had a m/c before conceiving their twins. It's kinda a cool thought though

I wonder if that has to do with maybe women having MCs being more likely to get IVF or other treatment?

I had an early loss at 5wks. We got pregnant less than 4wks later with twins but one never grew.

How many women have had an MC and then just conceived one child though? I know I am as well as many many others. I don't think they have any correlation whatsoever.
