Baby breeched need advice

Update: not sure if anyone is reading this but I made an acupuncture appointment for Friday and a acupressure/massage appointment with this lady that a bunch of moms in my town recommended to help flip baby for Monday. Hopefully it'll help increase my chances of baby flipping Tue during the EVC.

Today I went in for my 36 week check up. I'm 36 + 3 and found out that my baby is breeched. My doctor mentioned that if the baby stays breeched that I would have to schedule an c-section for 39 weeks. She mentioned that we could also try something called a Version/ EVC to try to get the baby head down. I went ahead and scheduled it for Tue 8/22 I'll be 37 + 2 weeks because the Dr. mentioned it's better to try it earlier rather than later. She also mentioned that it's 50/50 chance of it working.

Can anyone share their stories of finding out your baby was breeched. Did you try a version or not? If so, Did it work? How did labor go or did you have a c-section?

I'm a little bummed. I didn't have this issue with my first baby but am trying to stay optimistic and realize that regardless having a healthy baby is the most important.
