Medication during pregnancy

I've had bad headaches lately and I've been taking baby aspirin and Aleve to help relieve the pain. My friend told me to only take Tylenol because Aleve and aspirin hurt the baby. Now I feel bad because I didn't know and my mom was telling me to take 4 baby aspirin because it was a really low dosage. My doctor didn't tell me what I can and can't take because the appointment was rushed so I just want to know if it's true and what are other things I can do to help with my headaches. Thank you!
