I've never had herpes but I do have sensitive skin that gets razor burned easily. That looks a lot like razor burn to me!

Honestly, razor burn. I have a dove deodorant stick I use after I shave and it helps prevent razor burn. Please dedicate a specific stick just for that though. It really helps, I never get razor burn anymore from doing this.
