Lupus

I am 21 years old and recently have been having joint pain. Tested positive for lupus, and went to the rheumatologist today. The doctor said with all the symptoms I've been having and the bloodwork he said it's more than likely that the bloodwork I had today will come back positive as well. I'm just a little afraid of the unknown. If anyone who's gone through something similar wants to just give me advice or comment I would appreciate it. Thank you.
