Press charges?
Is it possible that I can press charges?? My 13 year old sister is talking to a 23 year old man. And their having sex as well. Will the police take me seriously??? I have evidence. I'm not trying to ruin my sisters life but this is inappropriate. I tried talking to her but she's being rebellious and my mom can't do anything with her because shes sick. So I'm left to care for my siblings. I'm 20 by the way
