What is happening?! Pregnancy Q

So I am 11 days late for af (according to glow) making me on Cd41. I have had a speck of blood on the 10th Aug, light pink discharge on the 13,16th of Aug and today 17th Aug I woke up and had light brown discharge.

My periods are like clockwork and I get incredibly sore breasts and cramps 1 week before af comes and so far nothing they just feel more full.

Should also note all tests have been BFN. I am not tcc but not preventing either so I am really confused why af all of a sudden has not arrived?

I have a doc apt for next week. But is anyone else going through this or know what might be happening?
