Milk supply after wisdom teeth removed help!!
So I have always had an overprotective milk supply. I had my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday and my milk supply has plummeted in this short of time. My LC has said that I can continue nursing my daughter and I am. But I am also pumping on top. I usually get about 6-8oz all together when I pump and I've only been getting 3 oz all together now! Can anyone suggest a supplement (that has worked) I can take to get my milk supply up?
