I NEED a new job! HELP

Hi guys, I need some help! I'm 18 and currently looking for a new job. My first job was retail which I enjoyed but I only made $7.25 and rarely got scheduled during the slower seasons. I'm now working at P.F. Chang's as a host making $9.00 an hour and getting scheduled a lot which is great. The only thing is that the people there are ridiculous! In the one month I've worked there I've ONLY had issues with my co-workers than actual costumers. And I'm put into situations I'm not properly trained on (being the only host and coordinating where to sit guest while maintaining rotation) I want to find another job I just have no idea where to go that pays well and gives me hours that I want and that's something I would actually enjoy. I guess the restaurant business isn't for me. Does anyone know good places to work?
