Cavity or what??

This tooth the pit hurts! Just this tooth. And whenever I drink hot or cold it hurts a lot like really sensitive. My dentist told me I have no cavities and everything looks fine. Buuuut I kept feeling like something isn't right! So I took this picture with flash on bc I couldn't see in my mouth that well. And surprise surprise it looks like this? 😩 seriously?! It's not like I don't brush my teeth!! Why didn't my dentist say anything??

That's definitely a cavity, my tooth looks exactly like that, it's a cavity on the surface of your tooth, I just went to the dentist like a week and a half ago and that's what they said, although I can't get mine fixed or filled or whatever yet because I have to get my wisdom teeth out soon and I can't keep my mouth open for a long time because of my wisdom teeth hurting everything. Definitely go to another dentist.
