Does this sound promising?

I'm 12 dpo, had a temp dip of about .3 yesterday then today it went up nearly .6! It's my highest temp yet and I'm hoping it's an implantation dip. Also, I feel as if the test I took today had a vvvvfl on it. My nipples and sides of my boobs are moderately tender, usually they're terrible. Also, usually I'm having terrible acne, bloating, and cramps 3-7 days before AF but nothing so far except a few twinges in my uterus the past 3 days. AF is due on Monday.
