How long does it usually take you to get over a break-up/broken heart?

I wonder how long my heart ache will last...how long does yours usually last?

For me I will just snap out of it all the sudden and feel great. Sometimes it takes me a week or sometimes it takes me 6 months.

I know this sounds crazy, but I kind of never got over my first love. It's been 2.5 years since we broke up and it still hurts my heart to think about it sometimes. I guess I kinda really got over him about 2 months into my current relationship. Love is difficult lol it 100% depends on the person and the relationship

It depends. Everybody is different and not every relationship you have will have a big impact. The longest I took was maybe 4 months. we'd broken up right before the holidays so it took a minute to get over it

it took about 10 months too fully get over and 1 year to be happy and healthy and alive again well not as dramatic  as that sounds but sometimes ppl can make you feel very shitty just takes time to realize the relationship was most likely a relationshit b xox ❤😘✌🌻🍁

I've always been able to move on quickly. After one relationship where the guy would use me in the relationship and while we were on a break I told myself I wasn't going to cry over a guy anymore and since then the most I've spent crying over a relationship was a few hours but I'll wait a week before getting into a new one.
