I'd do absolutely nothing. Also I'd never even think to look at his search history

It depends if it bothers you or not. If porn is okay in your relationship but you don't like how often, talk to him.
If it's not okay, talk to him.
If this is different and your concerned about him being addicted, talk to him.
C'mon now, you guys are adults (I think) so you should know that you need to communicate. Your partner can't read your mind. But, I admit sometimes they don't communicate back very well.
