When to shut your mouth!!

So tonight at Sunday dinner, my boyfriends aunt comes up to me and tells me, I had this dream about you.. and the way she was looking I could tell it wasn't pleasant.. she goes "Susie, (his mom) comes in the house crying and saying, Molly's on her period!"  &  then she says  "I was so upset because why would you be bleeding when your  pregnant?!" And I was so put back I said "why would you even tell me that?" Then his aunt goes "idk I felt like I had to.." like what is wrong with people?! That totally put me in a bad mood the rest of the night! I'm still upset about it! Has anyone had someone say something like this to them? I've had scary dreams on my own.. but to be told this...  my anxiety is through the roof. 😭😩I can't help but worry..
