Someone help hcg not doubling

I'm around 5 weeks,

Hcg was 6144 on Saturday (ultra sound showed 7mm sac..empty)

Hcg is now 7944 on Monday

No cramping no bleeding I feel sick my boobs hurt, I'm so upset I've had nothing but confusing news so far
