no friends at my school

i have friends out of school, but ive never had friends in my school to hang out with at lunch and recess. I mean i have friends but they are all in friendship groups with others that dont want me to hang with them. I sit with my exboyfriend (who has lots of friends) and is inlove with me but often treats me like im worthless.

what do i do? i feel like im getting depression again
