Is this a good gift for my husbands bday????

My husbands birthday is this Saturday. Our son is turning 1 two days after so we decided to have his party on my husbands birthday. Of course we will have a cake for my husband as well because I don't want him to think he's not special. I was thinking of a gift I could give him. I'm not working right now so I would feel weird buying him something and giving it to him because technically it's his money lol. We've been married a year and a half. We did a small courthouse wedding and decided to save up for the real thing which was supposed to happen this June. My mom fell into a coma so we put things on hold until she's improved. One thing we never got to experience is our first dance. I was thinking maybe saying a special speech to wish him a happy birthday and surprising him by having our first dance at the party. I don't want to take away from my sons 1st birthday party so I'm not sure if this is a good idea. Thoughts??? This is the song we both agreed to dance to. :)
