Pinching and pulling in uterus? 9.5 weeks

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Google says it's normal but I'm still a little concerned.

I'm getting these somewhat intense pinching and pulling feelings in the center of my uterus. Doesn't feel like cramping, but like someone poking me from the inside. It happens mostly when I'm walking a lot (I'm pretty active). I did a run yesterday so don't know if that's causing it, but it's definitely uncomfortable so I decided to lay down for a bit. No bleeding or anything; so that's good, but has anyone else very experienced this? I hope it's not a sign of something wrong or an infection 😐. I'm 9 weeks 4 days today.
