Is this normal?

I've searched for it but I haven't found anything of this type of "rash" or whatever it is. Is this normal? Or what is this?? I have his drs appt in 2 weeks so I'm going to ask him about it but I want to know if some moms know what this is, if it's normal on a 3 month old? He has some also on his other leg.

looks like dry skin / eczema, a good baby moisteriser will probaby clear it up. I use baby Aveeno for my little one any my 7 yr old has normal Aveeno and the Aveeno bath stuff, works a treat for both of them. if you wanted something more natural you can use coconut oil or even pure olive oil. xx

Yeah looks like eczema to me. My LO has bumps like that. Usually a little bit of aquaphor clears it up in a few days

Have you put lotion or breastmilk on it to see if it clears up?
