Ok so I'm not a mom or anything but I thought maybe a parent could help me out please 🙃?

So for the most part I've lived with my dad my whole life (im 16) but he got a new wife that doesn't like me at all, so I had to move out of state to go live with my mom. Now my dads spent whatever money he had saved for my future on their new house and her son. My mom doesn't make money, her husband makes a little bit not a lot (and he has to provide for my mom, my 10yr old sis, my 1yr old sis, and my mom's pregnant). Before I moved all my friends' parents bought them cars and have money put away for college etc. So my question is how exactly do I go about making my own money and going to college? I'm gonna try for scholarships/grants etc, but how can I get a job to save up for a car and school if I don't have a car to drive to work. There's no bus around here. Also I held my learners permit for a year, but it's out of state, so I might have to get a whole 'nother permit and hold that for 9 months 😒 and then eventually get a license at almost 18 years old (I will find out for sure soon) I very well might be allowed to drive my mom's car to work once I get my license, and my first priority will be to buy my own car. But don't you have to pay insurance regularly too? I just feel like I'm missing something because idk how I can pull this off in two years, my grades aren't amazing either (not horrible either). Also I'm not trying to complain or act like I should just have all of this just handed to me, but that's how it's been for all of my friends so I don't know how to do this, and no one in my life has any positive things to say.
