Low blood sugar?

I have gestational diabetes and just recently have started taking insulin as Glyburide was not helping my fasting numbers. Now I've noticed lately that my blood sugar at times have been dropping to almost the 40's. It's making me feel weak, shaken, sweaty and starved. Anyone else experiencing low blood sugar with GD??

You can absolutely have low blood sugar just as you can have high. Make sure you're eating before you go to bed....is tgat when you're low? During the night? Are you getting enough carbs?

Yes I needed to eat a meal snack eat a meal snack. That's a dangerously low number, call your Dr.
