what could this be?

Okay, fair warning this is a teeny bit TMI if boogers disgust you! My nose lately gas been doing bloody sticky snot. It's not runny, or stuffed. I don't have allergies, in fact it seems like everything is normal until in the mornings I get chunks of hard boogers mixed with blood when I blow my nose. Happens during the day too, is this just dry nose? What would be the best solution to relieve this?
