Is this considered rape?😔

When I was 11 My mom dropped me off at my babysitters house who had like 5 other kids. Everyone went outside because she was barbecuing but I decided to stay inside and watch sponge-bob. Then this boy (my classmate) came inside to give me my sister's Nintendo DS and touched me on my butt. I tried to ignore him because I was scared so I just payed there. But he thought that it meant that I didn't care about him touching me so he proceeded to touch me more, then he got on top of me and tried to force me to take my clothes off but I fought him back. He was stronger than me but eventually I got him off me. I ran downstairs to go tell the babysitter but he was following me calling me a "fat bitch" , "dumb ass", "whore", and more. Then he threatened me which really scared me and it also made me feel bad when he called me a whore so I decided not to tell anybody. I felt like maybe my parents would think I was a whore too it I told them. After that I was scared of almost ANY male, even my dad. When school started back he started bullying me every day. It even got to the point where I didn't even want to attend school anymore and my grades started failing. When we made it to high school he stopped bullying me because I glew up and he started liking me. He tries to be friendly and talk to me, I don't think he remembers but I still do. I just wish would've told someone. Is it too late ?
