Yolk sac but no baby no heart beat??

Hi,

I hope everyone is doing fine. I had my first doctor's appt and we took a look at the U/S. I am 7 weeks and 6 days according to my last period. We didn't see a baby in the embryo. She told me I could be early or it may be an anembryonic pregnancy and may end up being a miscarriage. At this point I am very sad and my heart is broken. She sent me for a urine and blood test and I am going back for another urine test on Friday so the can check my hcg levels. Please can someone tell me if this is normal and has happened to them? I am hoping and praying that I am just early and ovulated at a later time. Can someone tell me how their experience went?
