so confused...

So I was spotting two days after I found I was pregnant and so the doctor ordered blood work and an ultrasound. Hcg were tripling like they were suppose to...no ectopic...haven't miscarried...ultrasound made me bleed even more...I have this jelly like specks I wouldn't say clots they are small pieces. Sometimes stringy but stretchy jelly like...At the ultrasound she said baby was fine I was fine and she didn't find anything abnormal...so then wth is going on and why?? Anyone ever have this spotting with jelly like substance?
