Fasting reading
So I got my kit to monitor my blood sugar but I have got to meet with my diabetes specialist to go over everything. I'm just testing to have some readings for her when I do have my appointment. My question is if your fasting reading is high how do you lower that??? I had a good reading before bed at 108 but this morning it was 98. Any tips.
