I need help!
I had my son at 16. I was the biggest I've ever been at 160 pounds. I had him at 36 weeks. I lost a lot of weight and was down to 120 and then I gained it all back now weighing as much as I did at 36 weeks pregnant. I've been going to the gym every day for the past 4 months and haven't lost a pound because I can't stop eating junk constantly. I really want to lose it but have no self control when it comes to junk food. I don't know what to do to get down to my goal weight and would love any input. I'm 18 4 11 and weigh 160.
