Keeping on weight
I'm 5'3 and my weight is always changing. Sometimes im 105lbs , one day I'm 97 , other days I'm 95. I don't know how to keep on my weight and I'd love to be a solid 105 lbs or more. Any tips on how to do so? Also do you think I'm too skinny for my height?
