Bleeding too long

Has anyone gotten their IUD changed just before their cycle is due?

I had Paragard removed and Mirena inserted last Monday. I bled for most of the day and into early Tuesday (which is normal and expected). I quit bleeding for Tuesday. My cycle started on time on Wednesday (when it was due).

My problem is, I'm still bleeding. My period before the Paragard was 3-4 days long. After I got it, my period became 5-7 days long. But this period has now lasted 8 days. Should I be concerned or should I just wait it out?
