I'm not sure what happening!!!!

So I threw up yesterday morning out of nowhere. My boobs are so sore that my nipples hurt when they brush across my shirt. I've had heart burn and a lot of burping going on for about 4 days. I'm constipated. Got a BFN???? I've been EXTREMELY tired during the day but awake all night. And the heartburn is MURDEROUS at night. I'm a smoker and I lost ALL desire to smoke cigarettes and I typically go through a pack in like two days. Not sure what to expect but....
