Hair refuses to grow!?

I'm 19 now and have been trying to grow my shoulder length hair since I was 15 and it just won't! It's driving me crazy😅 any good tips for extremely stubborn hair?! I've used lots of coconut oil

Ive tried biotene, the carrot and gro oils from the african hair care section in walmart and all sorts of pomades and spray on such as infusium. Check out sally beauty!

Make sure you massage your head every morning because it lets the blood get to your head, especially if your hair is up all the time and maybe try out hair vitamins (either chewable or tablets), oh & if that doesn't work you could maybe buy a hair growth shampoo :))
