Femara with Ovidrel 6DPO

So finally was referred to a specialist (after 2 miscarriages and an ectopic) after 6 years of trying. He has us on my first cycle of femera and ovidrel injection. What are the chances of the meds working on the first cycle? Ive read that for a lot of women it doesnt work until cycle 2......Are there any symptoms that I could be having already? I think i may have some but not sure if Im just imagining them or not.......any advice would be appreciated!!
