Lost my mucus plug !!

I've read other women saying they lost their mucus plug but was brown or white and as long there's no blood you shouldn't worry. I went to sleep with light cramps like period cramps and kinda blow it off saying their not even strong enough for nothing to happen. I'm 38w and then I woke up thought I kinda peed myself or I was leaking. I peed then I wiped and this was here!! And when I looked in the toilet there was more blood. Should I be worried theres blood. It was a lot and some was even in the toilet is this my entire mucus plug also?
