Lost my virginity and am lost.

Please someone help me. I lost my virginity last night to a guy i met on Tinder. he was super sweet. we met a couple times, i felt so comfortable around him and he would tell me he likes me a lot. he left for college 3 hours away today, and i had sex with him my first time yesterday. it was a dumb mistake because we aren't committed (bf/gf) and its his senior year of college and he's probably gonna get with tons of girls. he said he's gonna miss me and the only reason why he hasn't commit is because he wants to see how we r with the distance. he's texting me while he's there now every few hours but its driving me crazy cuz apparently he was seeing/hooking up with a girl last semester before summer and im afraid he's gonna go with her... how would ik im three hours away? i feel stupid and like an idiot for loosing it to him so quickly and before he left. what should i do? i feel so so so sick and horrible. i cant even eat. i feel like maybe i wasn't good at sex or its gonna be easily forgettable or something and it's really tearing me down. please someone help me.
