Induced period vs pregnancy

So my SO and I had sex before my last period. I had regular cramps and regular period symptoms. My period was late 2 days however I induced my period using Vitamin C pills. It came about 2-3 days after i started taking vitamin C.

This cycle i had less cramps, however i did have my regular spotting i always have in between periods. My questions are,

1. if i were pregnant, would i have been able to induce my period

2. Was it and actual period I induced

3. Is there a chance i'm pregnant?

Clarification: my SO and i had sex on the 4th of july, 2 days before my fertile window
