Nose Bleeds?

Before pregnancy, I'd get the occasional nose bleed, but holy cats! This is on a whole new level!!! I'm 33 pregnant and my nose keeps pouring blood! I just woke up from a dead sleep to feel blood pouring down my throat. This one was probably the heaviest nose bleed I've ever had and filled so many kleenexes! This is unreal...
Am I the only one this is happening to? 🤧

I've had it happen a couple times! I've been trying to chug water throughout the night because I think mine were caused by dryness. But that makes me pee so many times during the night!

It's pretty common. It happens to me about once a week now and I never had them before pregnancy. My doctor told me it's totally normal. Don't worry!

Yep it's pretty common during pregnancy due to increased blood flow. I only get nosebleeds while pregnant, and also have a few broken blood vessels that get really bright, and fortunately fade after delivery.

I NEVER get nosebleeds UNLESS I'm pregnant lol it's awful and inconvenient. I got them every now and then with both my sons but this time my daughters pregnancy is super charged when it comes to nose bleeds. But the worse part is that it usually happens while we're having sex! It's so awkward! Lol woke up from a nap yesterday and sat up and it was automatic nose bleed. My poor son freaked out lol it's just all our excess blood flow. It's normal just an inconvenience. Hopefully you don't have awkward sex incidents too!

I have them really bad while pregnant I had them with my first and now with my second. It's worse this time around. I have up to 5 a day. They sent me to a ent and had both sides cauterized. I wouldn't recommend it at all!! It just makes it worse.
