Today is day 3 of having some annoying sharp pains in the left front side of my abdomen. I have had Mirena for about 3 weeks now. I have taken Tylenol, Ibuprofen, & Naproxen for the pain but nothing seems to help. Also I have irregular bleeding, irregular bowel movements, nausea, and the feeling of constantly being full. Has anyone experienced any abdominal pain with Mirena ? It doesn't feel like normal menstrual cramps. It's on the left side of my abdomen (feels like it's ovary pain). At its worst it radiates around the left side of my belly and into my back. Nothing I do helps ! Please respond with any info ! I have a 1 month checkup for Mirena in a little over a week so I am trying to wait until my appointment but the pain is getting annoying and overwhelming. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
