Don't understand what is going on.. have any of you experience to this?

So, for about three weeks I have been tired, sore breasts, lots of clear watery discharge, moody, peeing a lot more than usual, having a hard time getting comfortable in bed, nauseous, headaches, and extremely bloated. Its like pregnant all over again. Ive had my period normal time and normal flow though and I have an IUD. My daughter is 15 months old so its nor like I was recently pregnant and I have been taking the same medications for months so it has nothing to so with that. I know I don't have any other STDs other than herpes which I've had for years from rape. Ive had unprotected sex recently so it is possible I could be pregnant but I don't understand how I'd still be getting my period if I was pregnant..
