Fur baby related don't know where else to post. Someone please help

OKAYYY, I have a male pitbull and my SO has a rottweiler, they are both about 2 years old. Our intentions were to get my male fixed, we actually already have the appointment but of corse my luck didn't turn out this way.... so anyways we leave the rotty and pit seperated when we leave the house because she is in heat right now, and we barricaded the door and litterally just went down town to McDonalds drivethru and came home, we weren't even gone ten minutes. We come home and some how the doors busted down and they are stuck together ass to ass... i tried googling this and managed to get them apart but I am so worried she will have puppies now, I've never bread any animal in my life and have no idea what this means now. I'm 31 weeks pregnant myself with my first and very limited space, can someone with expirence PLEASE tell me if this is a guarantee there will be puppies and how I can tell if she is pregnant and if she is what do I have to do as far as providing care for these puppies before they are old enough to find homes 😭😭 I never intended for this to happen for I know there's already so many dogs in shelters that need homes 😪 SOS OVER HERE
