Gas Pains?!? Stomach ache?!?

Hello. I'm currently 17 weeks pregnant. First pregnancy after years of trying so typical scared first time mom. But every night it seems like I go to bed with my stomach ache. Sometime if I wake up and switch sides it will go away for awhile. Anyone else had this happen ?!? That's why I thought it was just gas maybe. Thanks!❤️😀

I get it every day. I'm 16w4d. I won't take anything for it, I prefer to suffer instead of risking medicine no matter if the doctor says it's safe.

Yes, good lord it feels like I have been shot sometimes. It will be terrible stabbing pains in my stomach and I attribute it to gas or that the uterus is essentially shoving everything upward making less and less room as the weeks go by which in turn causes the pain. Try tums or ginger tea to help relieve the pain ❤️

I had this the other night, on the right side of my rib cage. Turned out to be a gallbladder attack. Very common in pregnancy. Yours might not be the same thing, but I was in so much pain, I had my husband ready to take me to the ER. After an hour or so it went away.
