Bumps under vaginal skin

Hey guys.. kind of personal question but I don't know what to do. I noticed about a week ago I have a few lumps underneath the skin around the vaginal opening. They are smaller than the size of a pea but there's more than one. I know it's not an STD bc I've never had unprotected sex. There hard but not swollen and you cannot see anything in the mirror. Only when I touch it. I don't currently have a family doctor so I want to try whatever I can to get them gone. Thanks ladies!
