Mirena IUD problems?

I got the mirena IUD almost 3 months after my son was born, end of November. It wasn’t very painful for me but I had endless bleeding. Everyday for MONTHS I’d have to wear a panty liner do to nonstop spotting or light periods. Around April my doctor put me on the pill as well to try for 3 months and regulate it. With that I was lucky if I got a few days of freedom. So now I’m on a new pill and things are still wacky and it's almost been a month on these ones. I'm thinking to give it another month to see if it balances out more? Just want to know if anyone else has gone through this.

I use a simpler app to track my bleeding so the drops are days I spotting and the red days are when I have actual bleeding.
