How do you maintain motivation?
Mentally, I want to work out and get fit. Physically, I don't want to move or do anything. I'm in the middle of a depressive episode, so that's not helping and I know I just need to do it, but do any of you ladies have tips on how to keep enjoying your workouts? I feel like i have 0 energy to even think about working out. I work full time and was previously going to the gym on my lunch break but I feel like that wasn't enough time to get a real workout.
