Did belly band help?

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and this pregnancy is killing my back I never had back pain like this with my other pregnancies my dr said to buy a belly band has anyone done that? Did it help you with your back pain at all?

I use a belly sleeve that compressed everything and gives me support when I have to be on my feet for a while. I'm 22 weeks and the belts don't help me at the moment so I'm going to try those again once I'm further along

Belly bands helped with my pelvic pain. I’m unsure about back.

My belly bands just help hold things tighter but when I'm doing walking or gardening or laundry I have a belly belt. That helps my back and iOS way more than the belly bands
