Anxiety
My sister lost her baby at 33 weeks due to a placental abruption this summer. I am currently 26 weeks. My DH and I have a Doppler and listen to the jeartbeat every night and my little babe is usually pretty active. All this aside, anytime an hour or more goes by and I don't feel the baby move, I immediately start to worry that something is wrong and I rush to drink an ice cold glass of water to try to wake the baby up. How do you ladies ease your anxiety? I know I'm not the only one with these worries, but I'm driving myself mad 😫
