Please help!

Hey ladies! So thanks to God I am now 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant (according to my apps) and my first pregnancy. However my doctor was concerned that my blood HCG level was 1568 Ul/l. It is in the range but low. Is this something I sound be worried about? I took another blood test to make sure the hormones are doubling since it has been over 3 days since I took my last blood test. I am only 5 days late for my period so I think my levels are low because it is still very early? Would love some confirmation and know if anyone else had a similar experience and everything went fine. Real talks are welcomed as well! Please help a girl out!
